The chilly weather didn’t keep the shoppers away from Waverly Main Street’s 2nd Annual Holiday Pop-Up Market on November 26th – Small Business Saturday! Over 30 local artists, artisans, crafters and makers joined Waverly Main Street to celebrate the holiday season and encourage people to think small when shopping for gifts!
